Turkish Vermicelli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vermicelli, broken
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3 cubes beef bouillon
    4 c. tomato juice
    2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Break vermicelli into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Heat oil in large saucepan.
    Add onion and vermicelli and cook, stirring constantly, until vermicelli is brown and onion is clear.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer until vermicelli is cooked and carrots and celery are done, stirring often.
