Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 (8-inch) pie shell
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar together.
    Melt margarine and blend into egg mix.
    Blend well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and serve.
