Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/3 c. catsup
    1 c. water or juice from roast
    1 qt. shredded or diced roast beef
Preparation
    Keep heat gentle and stir occasionally for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve on buns (rye is especially good).
    Makes 10 servings.
