Lemon Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 carrots, peeled and cut in 1-inch diagonal pieces
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
    Cover and cook over medium heat, 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
    Add butter. Stir until melted.
    Serve immediately.
