Dorothy'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shortening or lard
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg with water slightly. Add vinegar.
Chill for 1 hour. Roll out on floured board.
Makes 2 pies.
