Cubed Steaks With Smothered Onions(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. cubed steak
    2 medium onions
    16 scallions
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cut steak into 2-inch wide strips.
    Cut the onions into very thin slices.
    Cut the scallions into 2-inch sections.
    In a shallow bowl, blend the flour, 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Toss the steak strips in the flour mixture.
