Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine potatoes and next 7 ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into buttered, 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour.
