9 c. applesauce
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cloves
4 c. sugar

Preparation

Bake 4 hours in oven.
Bake 2 hours at 400\u00b0 and 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
