14 Carrot Gold Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded chopped carrots
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. green onions
Preparation
    Cook carrots, onions and celery. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix.
    Fold in cooked carrots, onions and celery.
    Put into quiche pan, lightly greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with rolls and fruit salad.
