Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. pared, chopped pears
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, vanilla and oil.
Beat well.
Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Beat well.
Batter will be very thick.
Add pecans and pears.
Beat to combine.
