Microwave Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat milk and set aside. Melt butter on High.
Stir in flour. Heat 1 minute on High.
Stir in warm milk.
Blend well.
Cook on High for 2 1/2 minutes or until boiling.
Stir in Cheddar cheese and blend well.
