Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. fresh cubed tomatoes or 1 gal. canned crushed tomatoes (from Sam's)
    12 hot banana peppers, sliced
    10 onions, chopped
    4 bell peppers, cubed
    2 3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt or minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Cook slowly until mixture comes to a soft boil.
    Add peppers to taste when cooking.
    Put in pint cans and serve with chips.
