Cucumber With Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 tsp. whole cumin seed
    1 large cucumber, grated coarse
    1 c. yogurt
    2 tsp. chopped, seeded hot green chilies (optional)
    1 tsp. oil
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    In small skillet, cook cumin seed until they start to crackle and are \"toasted.\"
    Remove from heat and shake skillet.
    Combine cucumber, yogurt, cumin seed, chilies, oil, salt and garlic. Chill.
    Makes 2 cups.
