Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    8 qt. boiling water
    1/4 c. salt
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese or ground cottage cheese, mixed with 3 eggs and 1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drop noodles into boiling salted water and cook 10 minutes. Rinse noodles carefully to keep from tearing.
    Drain.
