Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine raw meat, 4 ounces of tomato sauce and all the remaining ingredient, except the Mozzarella cheese together.
Form a large ball and then roll out the meat mixture flat and long like a jelly roll.
Sprinkle 3/4 of the Mozzarella cheese over the top of the flatten meat mixture.
Then roll it up like a jelly roll folding the sides to seal the cheese in until you have a loaf. Place in 1 1/2-quart loaf baking dish (uncovered) in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over and sprinkle remaining cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
