Party Coffeecake(May Be Prepared Ahead Of Time.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. commercial sour cream
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, measured before sifting
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly in large bowl with electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in sour cream, then dry ingredients, which have been sifted together 3 times.
Blend in lemon juice, vanilla and almond flavorings.
