"Bilodi" Biscuits(Makes 8 To 10 According To Size) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together; mix with shortening.
    Add the milk and knead lightly on floured pastry board until smooth. Roll out thin.
    Cut into desired shape or size.
    Place in baking pan and bake 15 minutes in moderate oven.
