Sweet And Sour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, coarsely shredded
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Combine shredded cabbage, green pepper and onion in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Toss just before serving. Serves about 8.
