Cheese Tuna Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can canned solid white tuna (in water), drained and flaked
1 c. Swiss cheese, finely shredded (reserve 1/4 c.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 English muffins, split and lightly toasted
paprika
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients.
Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons tuna on each muffin.
Sprinkle each with about 2 teaspoons reserved cheese and paprika.
Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 6.
