Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3/4 c. oats
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, evaporated milk, oats, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into loaf. Place in a 7 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix Worcestershire sauce with vinegar, 3 tablespoons onion, water, catsup and sugar in bowl. Pour over loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 6 servings.
