Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream-style corn
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown bacon in heavy saucepan.
    Add onion and cook until translucent.
    Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in corn, milk, parsley and butter.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
