Rock Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
4 oz. butter
1 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar together.
Cut in the butter until it resembles coarse bread crumbs.
Stir in raisins, eggs and milk to form a stiff batter. Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto well-greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake to golden color, about 15 minutes.
