Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 can cream-style corn
    3 tsp. butter
    3 to 4 zucchini, sliced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown onions and peppers in butter.
    Set aside.
    Parboil zucchini with dash of salt and pepper.
    Cook until tender and drain.
    Mix corn with eggs; mix all ingredients together and turn into oblong pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
