English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can English peas
1 can mushroom soup
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 small jar pimentos
10 crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Drain peas; add mushroom soup.
Add egg slices and pimento peppers.
Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter pats. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Sprinkle cheese on top and melt.
Serve piping hot.
