Cinnamon Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large tart apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. apple juice
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 cinnamon sticks (optional)
Preparation

Place apples in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to coat. Set aside.
