Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    8 slices bread, cut off crust and butter them
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese (or more)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Put bread, buttered side up, in dish.
    Sprinkle cooked sausage and cheese over buttered bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Let stand 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator, covered. Take out of refrigerator 15 minutes before baking at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
    Great for breakfast, brunch or anytime!
