Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    4 oz. can peeled and roasted green chilies
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. corn meal (yellow)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix all above except cheese and chilies.
    Put half the batter in ungreased loaf pan; layer with chopped chilies, layer with cheese and add remaining batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
    Serve with a spoon as a side dish with tacos.
