Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced bottom rump or sirloin
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. cauliflower
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. chopped peppers
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cashew nuts
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat well in round frying pan or wok.
    When done add Worcestershire and soy sauces and all the vegetables.
    Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes and add teriyaki sauce.
    (You may add more teriyaki than recipe calls for.)
    When done, serve over rice or pasta.
