Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 tsp. salt
    stuffing shells
    spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and garlic in skillet and drain fat.
    Blend next 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir in meat/garlic. Boil stuffing shells according to directions on package; drain.
    Fill each shell with cheese/meat mixture.
    Place in a baking pan; cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover pan with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
