Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2 to 3 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 or 2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Add onions; cook until onions are transparent.
    Add mushrooms, seasonings and thawed spinach. Cook until spinach is warmed through.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soup and sour cream.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with cheese; bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese is bubbling.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Add a salad and French bread.
