Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns, drained
    2/3 c. red wine vinegar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    4 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 small onions, sliced thin and separated into rings
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a two quart saucepan.
    Bring to boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Place in covered dish and chill for several days, stirring occasionally.
    Drain and serve. Makes about four cups.
