Beef Bourguignonne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef or veal
    2 cans mushrooms - drained or cut up fresh mushrooms
    2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 package onion soup mix
    2 c. red wine (inexpensive)
Preparation
    Mix together and bake covered for 3 hours at 350.
