Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 broiler fryers, cut up (about 2 1/2 lb. each)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing (Good Seasons)
    4 c. Hungry Jack instant potato flakes, not prepared
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chicken and twist the tip of the chicken wing under.
    Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Italian salad dressing mix.
    Roll each piece of chicken first in butter mixture, then in potato flakes on wax paper.
    Arrange in a single layer on several aluminum foil lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pans.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve hot or at room temperature.
