Parmesan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large baking potatoes
melted butter
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Wash potatoes; slice into 1/4-inch pieces.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Put a layer of potato slices; brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
Put another layer of potatoes in; follow directions for first layer.
Continue layering until all potatoes are used.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, until a fork will go through easily, about 1 hour.
