Howard Glenn'S Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. starter
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dump all ingredients in a bowl.
    Measure 6 cups bromated bread flour and sift into mixture. Stir ingredients with a large spoon until a stiff batter is formed. Spray a large bowl with cooking spray and place dough therein. Cover with Saran Wrap and let rise on counter overnight.
