Sweet And Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Chinese pea pods, thawed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
    fluffy rice
Preparation
    Place pea pods and pineapple in crock-pot.
    Stir together cornstarch and sugar.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and add pineapple juice, soy sauce and ginger.
    Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute.
    Blend sauce into pea pods and pineapple.
    Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
