Slow Cooker Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. frozen, boneless, chuck or bottom round roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Wash the roast and place it in a slow cooker.
Cover with onion soup mix and stewed tomatoes.
Cook on high for one hour, then turn to low setting and cook for six hours or until tender. Thicken the gravy with flour or cornstarch, if preferred.
