Broccoli Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 small can black olives
    1/2 c. pepperoni, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    dash of red pepper
    pinch of garlic
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Coat pan with olive oil.
    Return drained broccoli to pan and add other ingredients.
    Cook a few minutes until cheese melts.
    Cool.
    Stretch and roll dough 16 x 5 inches.
    Spread mixture to 1/2 inch of edge.
    Fold over and pinch edges.
    Put seam on bottom.
    Put on greased pan.
    Put 1-inch slit on top.
    Brush top with egg and water (beat egg with 1 teaspoon water).
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
