Mushrooms On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    toast
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Add mushrooms and flour; toss to coat.
    Stir in water, bouillon cube, salt, basil and hot pepper sauce.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
    Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve piping hot on toast.
