Potato Cakes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1/2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Roll potatoes into flat sheet.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Fold over and cut into small squares.
Fry until light brown in butter.
