Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. walnut pieces
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Combine dry ingredients; add to first mixture alternately with zucchini.
Stir in raisins, walnuts and vanilla.
Bake in 2 greased and lightly floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 on lowest baking rack for about 55 minutes.
