Shrimp And Broccoli With Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh or frozen shelled shrimp
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp; pat dry on paper towels.
    In a 10-inch skillet heat half of the butter or margarine over medium-high heat.
    Add broccoli and celery.
    Cook for 3 or 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring often.
    Remove from the skillet.
    Keep warm.
    In the same skillet heat remaining butter or margarine over medium heat.
    Add shrimp; cook about 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring often.
    Return vegetable mixture to the skillet.
    Stir in lemon juice and sesame seed.
    Can be served over rice, if desired.
