Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water; cool.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Beat butter until soft in large bowl.
    Add brown sugar and eggs; beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Beat in vanilla and cooled melted chocolate.
    Stir in dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, beating well with a wooden spoon after each addition until batter is smooth.
    Stir in boiling water.
    Pour at once into prepared pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
