Homemade Fresh Vegetable Mix For Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. garden-fresh butter beans, shelled
    2 gal. okra, cut
    8 ears corn, kernels grated from ear
    12 medium-ripe tomatoes, peeled
    4 qt. water
    6 Tbsp. salt
    12 quart size freezer bags or quart jars
Preparation
    Wash, core
    and
    peel.
    May
    be
    frozen whole or cut in pieces.
    Pack in wide mouth jars to
    within 1 inch of top. Put on cap.
    Screw band tight
    and
    freeze.
    Tomatoes
    that
    are frozen are to be used only as cooking or seasoning tomatoes as they will not be solid when thawed.
