Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples (7 or 8)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Butter a baking dish and spread out the sliced apples. Sprinkle on cinnamon, salt and water.
    Rub between fingers until crumbly:
    flour, sugar and butter.
    Sprinkle on top and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
