Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. orange rind
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Add eggs, orange juice and rinds (which have been mixed together).
    Do not stir too much. Fold in 1 cup chopped cranberries and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Spoon into well-greased pans, making edge higher than center.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
