Bisquick Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended.
    Pour into paper lined muffin tins.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until light brown. Don't over cook.
    Makes 14 medium sized muffins.
