Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf Pepperidge Farm or thin bread, crusts removed
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Blend together cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Spread mixture on bread, one piece at a time, and roll up bread.
Roll bread rolls in melted butter.
Then roll bread rolls in a mixture of one cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Freeze until ready to serve.
