Cornbread Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated onion
3 chicken breasts
1 pkg. cornbread mix
Preparation

Heat soup; cook onion in oleo until tender.
Add to soup mixture.
Add salt.
Cook chicken until tender, cool and cut into cubes.
Pour soup mixture in baking dish; sprinkle cubed chicken over top.
Mix cornbread according to directions on package. Spoon cornbread over top of soup and chicken mixture, covering entire top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
Serve hot.
