Jennifer Vail'S Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 or 1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    real or fake bacon bits
    chives
Preparation
    Mix onion soup and sour cream together.
    Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    When done, cut in half and scoop out potato pulp into a bowl.
    Dump sour cream mixture into bowl and add the margarine.
    Beat until smooth.
    Fill up skins.
    Sprinkle Cheddar on top with bacon bits and chives.
    Reheat until cheese melts in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
